When you are ready to move on from the R&R classes, it’s time for the Yellow Arm Band test. This will be a more intensive class that will allow you to integrate your fundamentals and prepare for the Master Class. At this point you will be able to do more pad work, partner drills, heavy bag training and sparring. If you perform to Fusion’s standards, then you will be able to advance to the Master Class and continue your Thai Boxing journey!
